Hello, lovely people. Yes I totally suck at this update thing. So here's a bunch of random.
I made a Link pixel pendant. Then I caught a bus and a plane and wandered out of state for a week to visit with a certain someone, where there was food and geeky enjoyments and making a former voice actor cry (with laughter, I swear! ...I think) and chocolate and getting to watch all of Tiger & Bunny: The LIVE and receiving a Bullseye. And we made terrible toy comics: first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth (ASS!).
Saw Wreck-It Ralph, too. I'm so happy that was as good as it turned out to be. The short that came before, Paperman, was also deliriously beautiful. So this is the good side of Disney.
Now for the side of Disney that's setting something up to fail due to two hiatuses and a slightly odd time change. Two episodes left before Tron: Uprising is over. Considering where the last one ended, this worries me from an "oh god what stupid cliffhanger are they going to leave it on in the fragile and impossible hope for a second season?" perspective. And yeah, I'm not... thrilled about how Paige is coming along. I know that people are blind and stupid about people/things/ideas that they idealize, but... argh. I'm still loving the experience, I'm still waiting to be punched in the gut again, and I'd still love to see a second season... but. Yeah. If Disney actually thought this was a show for your stereotypical pre-teen, that kind of shows how oblivious they are to begin with. It happens.
Made oatmeal bars. Which are not anywhere near as healthy as they may sound by that description. Particularly with a little scoop of caramel ice cream on top. *cough* Well, I'm eating healthy again--except for dessert. Fuck that, y'know?
Haven't had a lot of interesting dreams lately, but I'd love to do something with the one I had last night. Demon vengeance through an almost-gang bang resulting in a semi-righteous bloodbath is so cliche though, isn't it? (Don't ask me, I just live here.)
Afraid I don't have much in the way of links at the moment. I did see the Killer is Dead trailer and enjoyed it, though. I guess I would, considering.
