I am so disappointed that there isn't a 12" Rinzler figure. You have no idea. Almost as disappointed as I am that there's still not a stand-alone 1:6 scale lightcycle. Get with it, people, merchandise properly here. And while I'm at it, you too, S-E. Just announce your inevitable Play Arts Dissidia Sephiroth, wait until the groaning has stopped ("OH NOT ANOTHER ONE but I'm gonna buy it anyway, tee hee, I just LIKE TO BITCH" says the fanbase), and watch the pre-orders roll in. Then there's an articulated Sebastian, but let's not get too deep into this wishful thinking. Not to worry, just insane toy appreciator talk, move along. The shelves still have blank spaces! This cannot stand!
There's a lot of fucking white out there. When plows go by five times in an hour, rendering all driveways on the street useless right after they've just been plowed, this proves to me that someone is not using funding wisely. At all. So now I get to be amused by people in the snow capital of the United States freak out about there being snow outside. It's... still disturbingly enjoyable, I must say. I don't like the shit either, but I can just keep the curtains closed, turn the heat up and ignore it--until I have to go outside, then I call upon the miracle of cognitive dissonance.
Still feeling off and on meh, but again that just seems to be the time of year. Great. At least I'm being productive, even if I am resting my hand today. Ordered a lot of supplies, some of which are to finish up orders/commissions, so yay there. Waiting for Ebay to release a hold on my money, thank you very much Ebay. But at least the American Cancer Society just confirmed they got the donation so hey, the important things are covered.
...Watched the original Tron last night. For, you know... research or something. Been a few years. No idea why I keep forgetting most of the first half hour or so... *grin* (Okay, it's because there aren't any glowy things. Fine.)
And while they're not glowy, link time! I know a lot of people who are going to love this video. Indulge: Peach and Zelda Catch Up.
In case anyone in the world hasn't seen it yet, may I direct you toward Dot Dot Dot - Animated; absolute proof that the quality of the voice actor makes all the difference. I demand all reviews be read this way! Immediately!
Journey will be an insta-purchase for me, no doubt about it. And here's an interview with Jenova Chen about the game.
So The Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection is confirmed for this spring. Ha ha ha. Ha. Fuck. I hope it's late spring. (I wish I cared about Twisted Metal on PS3. *sigh* It's kind of good that I don't, though.)
Now I'm going to decide whether or not I want to edit. ...I assume I already know the answer.
