And so the ripples continue... Lightning Spliced is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-A-Million--but if you're interested in getting it, I still recommend buying it from Lulu. More of your purchase will go toward the American Cancer Society that way. I bet you're somewhere feeling rightfully smug, Zellie. *grin* And quite frankly, if the auction stays exactly as it is right now, I could not be happier.

In other ripple-y news, DarkHorse Vendetta will be getting ISBNs for all three digitally-released parts so it can go into wider distribution. Now, this is just a "digital ISBN" and not one for the entire paperback novel format (which costs a bit too much to think about right now), so there's really no need to be quite so happy about it--but I am. So there.

This year has been very busy in terms of a holiday rush for orders. I am grateful, so enormously grateful, and can pay for my half of the AB hotel room in full with a little left for supplies, and won't be in debt when the February pre-orders from Japan come in, and thank you so much to anyone who helped to make that possible. Admittedly, though... it was hard to pack up Tivona. I'm certain she'll have someone else who appreciates her, but... man. I've seen that sweet face every day since I put her together. It was a little hard to send Granny Tonberry off, too, but I'm confident she's going to the right person. This was the message that came along with her order: "My grandmother is a Final Fantasy Geek, and she will absolutely adore this for Christmas. :D" Rock on.

...I have just realized that I have no idea where my markers are. Well damn.

"Bad food" and movie tonight, yay. Another chocobo body done this morning, so tonight will finally be for gaming. Or writing. ...But I'm guessing gaming.
