Since I am totally uninteresting, particularly because I have been working on things that will not be done for some time, how about some much more entertaining links? My top priority is linking to the video for Mechanical Black's cover of "Together in Electric Dreams". You are so welcome. (The only thing that made this better is The Fat Man's involvement. I love that man. So much.)
No, I'm not linking to Growing Pains because I know the super-awesome author. *grin* I'm linking because the article is summed up beautifully by the last lines: "The identity of 'gamer' belongs to anyone who holds a controller and loves the medium. Not to any particular gender, ethnicity, orientation, or any other category. It's time these people caught up to the rest of the world."
I can't say it often enough; games are more than silly little wastes of time. (Plenty of them are silly little wastes of time, and I make no apology for loving them anyway; I'm saying as a medium. Like how most movies that come out these days are shit, but the medium is still amazing, yeah? And music is too personal and individual to really say much about, but needless to say there's always something bouncing back from the dark abyss of radio.)
