Tron-related (more or less) yammerings . )

Saw Catfish. ...The trailer lies. *grin* I'm not saying don't see it, just... reconsider, because it's not nearly that interesting. Let me put it this way: if you've been on the internet for more than a couple of months, there's nothing shocking. There's no emotional roller coaster. There's just, "Yeah, that's... what happens. ...So... yeah."

Otherwise, I am tired. My morning was spent cleaning. Boo to cleaning. So let's drop a couple of links and pretend like I've been useful today. More info and screens for The Last Guardian. Mmmm.

Instead of linking to David Cage's actual talk at the GDC, I'm linking to Michael Abbott's interpretation of it. It seems to offer two interesting perspectives on Heavy Rain and storytelling vs mechanics of games in general. In case, you know, anyone else gives a damn. *grin* (I agree with some points and disagree with others; I'm still very much against saying that all of anything should ever take one specific path. ["I know what's right, and now you must follow me!" gets humanity into more stupid fucking trouble...] But it's interesting to see the paths taken and desires for the future.)

And finally, Goodnight Dune. Because... yes. Yes, very much.

Now I consider getting back to work early. Let's say I continue to consider until... oh, tomorrow morning.
