And there will be more of these in the future. For I am ever so mildly not sane at all.

My second clacky keyboard died. So alas, now I am using the keyboard that came with this computer, which is not as clacky. I guess with the way I hammer the keys it's not so very unclacky, but it's not the same. At least there's decent enough tactile feedback so that I actually don't have to stare down at the keyboard while I type. (Commenting on this lead to a whole discussion about how I don't use home keys, which I'm sure must be really interesting to no one, but I was pretty sure it explained why I'm capable of 75 wpm. Sometimes without typos, even.)

It's been a cold, weird spring. I mean, New England, but this is ridiculous. We know it's spring because everything's flowering, the bumble bes are finally entertaining me through the window, I had a baby robin spend a little time tolerating me talking to them on my windowsill, and everyone's sneezing. And then there's all of the porphyria complications that come with this type of year that I just like to pretend don't exist because they suck flavorless, bitter, unripened cantaloupes.

So that is my update. Yay.
