And then I had to get groceries and then a really fast dramatic storm swooped by and I swear I'm a living barometer because major changes in air pressure screw my whole body up for a while. That's reassuring. But I'm rebuilding my focus because I'm incapable of truly relaxing. I'm okay with this.

Plus, lots of ice cream was "buy 2 get 2 free" and hell yes I'm taking advantage of that for celebration purposes.
